Sending Your Resume as an Email Attachment
Make this mistake and it will cost you! If you are asked to send your resume via email, before you click SEND, look closely at how you have named the file. How silly for the recipient to see a file with the name of his own company, as in "Resume Amazon." Even worse, how about a file called "Resume 7!" The correct file name format: your last name followed by your first name then the description of the document. The absolutely best way, to avoid any transmission glitches? Get rid of spaces, like this: NicolsVirginiaResume.
